From site preparation to the last nail, every project aspect is handled with a careful eye for detail and pride of craftsmanship. With this, we combine attention to contract preparation and a spreadsheet that identifies line item costs for each phase.

Dovetailing our “spreadsheet” of costs, we assemble a “specifications” spread. These two contract critical documents enable us to manage both budget and forward progress. Our billing process is based on time and materials and with each months invoicing we copy clients with all relevant receipts and a Quickbooks™️ statement.

Visualization can be difficult for the owner. Bridging these gaps from the client’s expectation and vision, to the realities of “the field”, is one of our specialties. Conveyance of critical details and keeping current with plan changes require a sound process to seamlessly execute.

Being ever aware of our current market, our approach to general contracting acknowledges the importance of accurate cost analyses, including offering options. Lenders, appraisers and the consumer favor our approach to proposals and billing.

As a general contractor, we involve only the best subcontractors to complete all the required aspects of today’s custom and semi-custom homes. We are maintaining a proactive market research approach, with our awareness of your home’s “carbon footprint”. Continued education by attending workshops, vendor trade shows, seminars, and front to back read articles in several builder’s periodicals; contributes to staying ahead of the curve.
